Pyrotek Incorporated is committed to conducting its operations around the world in compliance with all applicable laws, including all anti-bribery statutes and regulations. Pyrotek has adopted a comprehensive Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy which applies worldwide to Pyrotek and to all of its subsidiaries, employees, affiliates, agents, vendors, and other business associates. Under the policy, bribery, as defined below, is strictly prohibited in all business dealings, including dealings with government officials.
Bribery is defined to mean an offer, promise, or giving of a financial or other advantage to another person as an inducement or reward to gain any commercial, contractual, regulatory or personal advantage for Pyrotek. This includes all “facilitation” or “grease” payments, even if such payments are customary in a particular jurisdiction. There are no de minimis exceptions to this rule prohibiting bribery. The giving or taking of bribes is strictly prohibited and even situations that create the appearance of impropriety should be avoided.
As noted above, this policy applies to all employees, affiliates, agents, vendors, joint venturers, distributors and other representatives and business associates of Pyrotek no matter where they are in the world.
If you have any questions about this policy, or to receive a full text copy of the policy, please contact Pyrotek’s Legal Department at its corporate headquarters in Spokane, Washington. Any known or suspected violations of this policy should be reported to Pyrotek’s Legal Department.
