The Electromangetic Pump (EMPā¢) 440 kW chargewell burner is our most powerful. The burner has been specifically designed to produce a high pressure and high volume flame to penetrate through the EMP tubes and into the furnace chamber.
The burner is designed for dry hearth applications where it is essential to maintain the tubes and refractories at operating temperatures. The burner is fitted with a sensitive pressure damper to maintain positive pressure.
A tilting mechanism can be fitted to facilitate operations where the burner is more frequently used.
All burners are manufactured to meet all environmental controls and can be designed to use fuels like oil, gas, LPG, etc.
